Here are 10 ways I know to deflect or cope with stress:
- Take a shower.
- Running and exercising.
- Watch a favorite movie.
- Take a nature walk or photography adventure.
- Read a fun book.
- Choose something to give up in order to focus on whats most important in your life.
- Take advantage of the weather. (Rain or shine)
- Organize something!
- Take a nap and get some extra sleep.
- Eat a healthy snack (My favorite is smoothies!)
