Getting un-frustrated according to Ethan Waldman
- Take a break. Work on something different and try again back later.
- Define the problem: what are you really trying to do?
- Type the problem into your favorite search engine to find the best solution.
- Follow the instructions exactly. Do not make changes.
- Monitor self-talk: "If you’re always telling yourself that you’re bad with technology, you will always be bad with technology. Be kind to yourself."
- Use your resources--learn how to ask for help.
